The light sensors will sense this and the detector will send appropriate signals to the converter. The signals are transformed into data packets. These packets are understood by the software driver and the required operation is performed. Ultrasonic waves follow the same principle as the Infrared rays. In case of electric current, a thin sensor film is kept above two closely packed electric plates. A touch will cause a change in the electric field.
